I made this show for my niece and nephew — Johan and Selah. JoJo is actually short for Johan. I wanted them to know the world is bigger than they think, and full of adventures worth going on.
History has been my favorite subject since I was a kid, and honestly, it still is. I've always believed that if you can get a child asking real questions early — not just memorizing answers, but actually thinking — that habit doesn't fade. It grows with them, all the way into who they become as adults. That belief is the whole foundation of this show.
